| 1. The mold requires no modification. | 2. Melt a pink chocolate wafer and paint the letters. A dabbing motion works best. |

| 3. Allow it to cool, then touch up any thin areas that might allow the base color to show through. | 4. Fill the mold, then tap it against the counter to knock any air bubbles loose. Place a lolly stick. |

| 5. Spin the stick with your finger to ensure full coverage. | 6. Place the mold in a freezer until the chocolate de molds easily. |

| 7. Apply a dab of chocolate to the back of the heart applique. | 8. Place the heart in place and allow to cool. |

| Paint Brush | 1, synthetic fiber shed resistant brush |
| Double Boiler or electric fondue pot | For melting chocolate. A microwave may also be used. |
