Easter Lamb With Coconut Wool
Chocolate Project

By Bob Sherman

This fun project shows how do simple hollow molding and apply desiccated coconut to simulate the wool. The same technique may also be used to apply non-pareils if you don't like coconut. I wanted this to be a fast, simple, basic project so did not do any mold painting. Those who want to make these more elaborate may paint the eyes and bow. although these instructions may appear like many steps - that's because I tried to break them down into a series of very simple steps. These are very easy to make and a lot easier than they appear from glancing at the instructions.

I used milk chocolate but these will look as good in dark chocolate. If you wish to make these in white chocolate, the face should be mold painted with milk or dark for contrast.
