Although similar to a standard cookie embed, these use a plain cookie embed mold with a separate mold for the design. There are several advantages to making them this way.

First, many designs may be done with little or no mold painting allowing you to make a two color chocolate with a lot less work.

Second, it gives you a much broader choice of subjects / themes for making cookie embeds. This technique will work with any chocolates that easily fit atop the embed which extends your cookie embed possibilities well beyond the few dozen embed molds currently available.

Chocolate Making Supplies And Materials

• Plain Cookie Embed Chocolate Mold
• Daisy Lolly Candy Mold - Any suitably sized mold may be used to create any theme - sizes under 1 3/4" and 1/4" thick look best
• Chocolate Coating - Dark and super white chocolate was used here with a bit of orange for the painted centers.
• Paint Brush
• Double Boiler
• Thermometer
