| 1. No modifications to the mold are needed. | 2. I prefer to use chocolate wafers designed for molding use. If you will be painting the mold as shown - pink, white, and milk chocolate wafers will be needed. |

| 3. Stir gently so as not to introduce air bubbles. | 4. Start by using the handle of the paintbrush to apply a dot of brown chocolate to each eye to represent the pupil. Allow it to harden, then use the brush to paint the rest of the eye white. Note: When painting molds, the foremost object is always painted first. |

| 5. Pink was used to paint the inside of the ears and the nose. Allow to harden fully before proceeding. | 6. Pour or spoon chocolate into the mold to just below the top. |

| 7. Place the pretzels into position. | 8. Either spoon chocolate over them or roll them to bond them better. I suggest trying both techniques and use the one you prefer. |

| 9. Place in a freezer until it de mold easily. | 10. For packaging I suggest Cello pretzel bags and a spring flowers twist tie. |
